What does BMI tell you about a person?
Teacher Note
This project will give students exposure to BMI and how to calculate it. They will use the graph as a tool but should also do some additional research to check their accuracy. Have students work in pairs or small groups to complete the activity, so they can validate each other’s answers.
In this activity, you will use the BMI chart to determine the body mass index of two different people and then use that information to answer the questions.
